Over 30 years ago, the Americans with Disabilities Act was signed into law. The ADA laid a critical foundation for accessible design, but in the decades since, we’ve learned that meeting the minimum isn’t enough. Join us May 19 for an engaging and informative webinar designed to close that knowledge gap and push the conversation forward beyond compliance toward truly inclusive design.
We’ll hear from two leaders in accessible design, Michael Perry and Melissa Malburg from Progressive Companies. They will outline strategies to accessibility design and implementation in the built environment so all individuals can flourish, maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This session will also show how thoughtful design can enhance usability for everyone without inflating a development budget.
